Free Pickup ONLY applies to individuals in the Huntsville, AL area. 

SHIPPING COST

Standard Shipping rate within the USA is $5.75 Shoes of ANY type cost $5.00 to ship. Shipping prices to Canada vary based on total weight of the order. All other countries will ship via UPS and will vary in rates.

FREE shipping is available on orders over $50 within the USA (excludes: APO address & shoes)

SHIPPING TIME

Standard shipping orders take anywhere from 5-7 business days to be delivered. 

All orders placed by 10AM CST will ship out the same day. All orders placed after 10AM will ship the next day. 

KENDRY COLLECTION BOUTIQUE DOES NOT CLAIM RESPONSIBILITY FOR:

Shipping delays, Customs charges or any additional international shipping charges that may occur. 
Items that get lost or damaged during the mailing process. Once the item is in the mail, USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc. claims responsibility.

All orders will have a tracking number e-mailed before they ship. If you do not receive a tracking number please e-mail orders@kendrycollection.com WITHIN 3 days. We are not responsible for orders that say they have been delivered via the tracking number to the address you have provided.

WHAT IS KENDRY COLLECTION BOUTIQUE'S RETURN POLICY?

KCB accepts returns for refund to your original payment method 10 calendar days from the date you obtain your order.

KCB accepts returns for online store credit if the product arrives to us after 10 calendar days but within 30 calendar days from the date you place your order.

Damaged products must be reported to within 3 days of receiving products or we will not accept the product.

Please Note: Sale items cannot be returned or refunded. Exchanges can be made on case to case basis. ALL ITEMS purchased at 15% off or more can only be returned for online store credit.

In order for your items to be eligible for return they must meet the following requirements:

  • All items must be unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached.
  • Returns for refund are accepted 10 calendar days from the date you have received your purchase. 
  • Anything returned beyond 10 calendar days but within 30 calendar days will be eligible for online store credit only. In order to receive online store credit, your return must be received by Kendry Collection Boutique no later than 30 calendar days from the original purchase date stated on your receipt.
  • Should you fail to meet the above criteria, please do not attempt to return your purchase. The item(s) will be rejected by our Returns Department and mailed back to you at your expense.
  • Be sure to enclose a copy of your receipt, highlight or circle which items you are returning in your package.
  • All purchases made (that meet above criteria) with discount codes are returnable for online store credit only.
  • Returns are only eligible for original form of payment. If that is not a possibility, you will receive a store credit.
  • Should your return not meet the criteria above, please fill out the form provided in your package. If you did not receive a form please email orders@kendrycollection.com. Kendry Collection Boutique reserves any & all right to reject a return if there are any signs of damage, alteration or signs of wear.

Non refundable items: Accessories & swimwear are returnable in new condition only. Swimwear: the interior panty liner as well as all tags MUST be attached and completely intact on the product. Accessories and swimwear are not returnable if you purchased them on sale. Gift Cards, cosmetics, intimates, bras, camisoles, slips, tights, socks are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. 

WHAT DO I SHIP MY RETURN IN?

To ship shoes back, they must be returned in their original box with tissue still in it and placed inside a protective shipping box. 

Feel free to ship your return items in whatever packaging you would like. You are welcome to send it back in the original package as long as it is heavily taped. Please refrain from stapling bags as it can damage product and the product will then be returned back to you at your expense. 

Should your return be refused and you choose not to have your order re-delivered, we reserve the right to refund you the cost of the items, and deduct original shipping cost and the undeliverable charge from the carrier will be deducted from the refund in addition to a 20% restocking fee.
